Where they started
AI products are easy to demo and hard to explain. The company’s website led with model architecture and buzzwords, while its buyers, operations managers in logistics, insurance and finance, just wanted to know whether invoices, claims and forms would be read correctly.
With a crowded category and fast-moving competitors, the product needed to be understood in under a minute and trusted within a week.
What we did
- 01
Choose the use-cases that sell
Interviewed customers and reviewed sales calls to rank use-cases by urgency and fit, then picked six to lead with.
- 02
Design pages around the job
Created a landing page per use-case with the real document, the extracted output, accuracy details and a one-step sample upload.
- 03
Explain it in 60 seconds
Produced a short explainer video and animated product loops that show the before and after without jargon.
- 04
Be honest about limits
Added clear sections on accuracy, data handling and where human review fits, because trust is the main objection in AI buying.
What success looks like
- A website that speaks in buyer outcomes, not model features
- Use-case pages that rank for specific, high-intent searches
- A visible trust layer covering accuracy, privacy and human-in-the-loop review
- Short video assets reused across sales, social and email
Numbers you can check
- Trial sign-up conversion measured on landing page sessions, compared with the previous homepage
- Search share calculated from organic sessions in GA4 over a four-week average
- Qualitative feedback gathered from sales on whether prospects arrive better informed
